More One Tree Hill clips!  More One Tree Hill clips!

This show has gone insane.  Why?  It's been four years since high school graduation.  These kids have, realistically, just graduated from college and they are already:

• Brooke: A fashion maven.  Clothes Over Bros has taken over the world!  Daphne Zuniga is somehow involved!  Fake boyfriend shenanigans abound!  Argh.
• Lucas: A writer with his very own editor.  Listen, I love most of the crazy developments on this show but having to listen to Lucas drone on about his "deep" writing might be the thing that puts me off it for good.  Blergh.
• Peyton: Working at a record label as the "assistant to the assistant."  This is the most realistic one, but the show is acting like she should be more than that.  She's 21 freaking years old.  Assistant to the assistant at a record label sounds really freaking good to me.  Peyton is obviously too good for that, though, since she's all about the music, man.  Shut up, Peyton.

Despite all my complaints I sort of can't wait.  January can't come soon enough!

I've heard about all their fabulous post college careers but I've been trying to not be to bitter since it is a TV show. Plus Brooke did start Clothes over Bros in High School so maybe she's like a prodigy or something. This is what I tell myself to keep from beating my head against the wall. SO CAN'T WAIT FOR JANUARY!!

What no previews with K-Fed?

I find it a little pointless to post a blog about something, just to over analyze. Have you watched the series? Look how much happens to these characters. Each season is equviliant to half an actual year [school year, at that], yet we found out in the beginning of S4 that Haley was pregnant, only for her to give birth by the end.. And, in their time, that was only like 5 months later..

My point is - TV isnt always realistic, and to point out all the flaws takes the fun from it. Just enjoy the show.

Stephanie #1: I can't wait to see K-Fed. Truly. Cannot wait.

Stephanie #2: I'm not quite sure what your point is, but 1) I've seen the whole series, in fact I'm rewatching it on SoapNet right now; 2) yes, LOOK at how much has happened to these people, that's why this show is brilliant and awful; and 3) I'm pretty sure the purpose of most blogs (and the internet in general, really) is to over analyze things. It's fun!

What Carrie said. Overanalysis is the shaky foundation on which the blogosphere is built. That said, I'm still not watching One Tree Hill. As if anything Chad Michael Murray has said is worth writing down.

i've never watched OTH, but these scenes are so terrifically horrible, I'm seriously thinking about it!
